A Storm in a Teacup Hold on to what you can find This time we’re in for a real ride You can batten down the hatches Throw the ballast off the sides But most of us are going for a dive In a storm in a teacup You’d think you could touch the sides Storm in a teacup You might make it out alive In a storm in a teacup Forget about the size You won’t make it out dry I’m not afraid I’ll drown I’m not afraid I’ll drown I’m scared of what they’ll think of me when I’m not around But I’m not afraid I’ll drown In a storm in a teacup You’d think you could touch the sides Storm in a teacup You might make it out alive In a storm in a teacup Forget about the size You won’t make it out dry I’m not afraid I’ll choke I’m not afraid I’ll choke I’m scared of being chased around by memories and ghosts But I’m not afraid I’ll choke In a storm in a teacup You’d think you could touch the sides Storm in a teacup You might make it out alive In a storm in a teacup Forget about the size You won’t make it out dry

about

'Shanties, Songs, and Hymns to Being Lost At Sea' is a collaboration between as many people as Rob Crisp could convince to take part.

The full album is released 21/02/15 as a physical only sexy CD Digifile with bonus artwork, and features 11 exciting local bands playing their arrangements of Rob's contemporary sea shanties, with the full album featuring Turtle Bus, Stringfellows, Knuckle, Dan Walters, Ross Taylor and the Quims, to name not quite everyone.

THIS IS THE FIRST EXCLUSIVE TRACK TO BE RELEASED, FEATURING BLUES ROCK BEHEMOTHS KNUCKLE!

The album is an attempt to wade through what it means to be sane, to be creative and what can happen when you get lost and found.

The profits from this work will go to Hoot Creative Arts, an Arts and Mental Health charity based in Huddersfield, Yorkshire.
